- Acted as a Product Manager and Scrum Master for a cross-functional Scrum development team.

- Defined product strategy for a portfolio representing 60% of the company’s annual revenues and 50% of year-over-year growth.

- Used Agile/Scrum principles to manage the product development workflow.

- Drove the end-to-end development of Low Voltage/Mobile SDR SDRAM products, tools, and solutions from concept through launch. Approved roadmaps, plans, and schedules that aligned business goals and objectives for mobile SDRAM products.

Key accomplishment:

-Delivered on a long-term, sustainable, and profitable business of 4+-billion units shipped on the SDRAMs that offered lower power consumption, high-speed programming, high-speed erase capabilities, and best solid data retention with a minimum of 20 years after 200K cycles of endurance.

15-­‐month timeframe, executing field inspections and addressing environmental challenges to complete
projects 30 days ahead of schedule.
